I applied to EY and did the EY one assessment on the 07.10.23 and got moved to shortlisting but I still have
Not heard back anything I contacted grad recruitment via email and call but there is still no updated does this mean I have been ruled out as people who have applied after me are being invited to the EY X day but I still haven’t heard anything

Hi Qasim, thanks for your question :) No, this does not mean that you have been unsuccessful - there can sometimes be delays between stages for various reasons. You will hear back as to whether you have been successful or not via email - if you don't hear anything before Christmas, I would get back in contact with your recruiter :)
