I applied to Consulting - People Advisory Grad Scheme and now have an Experience Day coming. I have 2 questions.
1. PAS seems to fall under consulting. How is this consulting different from the one done at..lets say EY Parthenon? 2. Will the Experience Day for PAS have proper consulting case studies? like the ones during full-blown management/ strategy consulting interviews like at MBB or EY Parthenon? The rough schedule for the day doesnt seem like it will have this, but PAS seems to fall under consulting and thats making me confused:)

Hello, thank you for your question. You can find plenty of information about our PAS roles on our website and how they differ from other roles: ey.com/uk/students.
The experience day will consist of two assessed activities, one group exercise and one individual exercise. I can't tell you exactly what you will be required to do on the day but the day and activities will be based on sustainability.
You will also have two non-assessed networking activities to attend during the day. You will get plenty of information about what to expect at the EY Experience day prior to the day.
