I'm in the same situation struggling to land a job because of lack of experience even though I'm an ACCA affliate.

Hi. If you'd like to apply for our graduate programme, you will need to study for the professional qualification that comes with it, so it depends on where you’d like to go in your career. Through our Experienced Hire route, we occasionally offer some part qualified or trainee vacancies but you would need to keep checking the website for suitable roles ukcareers.ey.com. Thanks.

Hello - we review all our applications on a case-by-case basis, so if you're interested in a student role, please make sure to state any previous professional qualification experience where requested, and the team will review your application within the context of your qualification and academic experience. Student roles do not require specific work experience, unless a particular niche requirement is stated. You can absolutely apply to an experienced hire route without experience, however it depends on the role. It will state in the description what experience is required, whether that's entry level all the way up to senior positions. You can then apply to a role that feels best suited to where you're at.
