Hi Ellie, I am interested in cryptography role but due to lack of operational experience I am not getting chance. Advice

I just finished my PhD in cybersecurity (Cryptography) and have very good knowledge of cryptography. I have experience in teaching (University level) but no industrial experience. Please advise how to get into EY?
