Are there any online or perdonal certification events i can attend , if conducted by EY?
In person*
Depending on your year of study yes all of our insight programmes and work experience have opportunity to be in person
Do employers at EY favour Maths or any particular A levels for a field in finance. I don't have A level maths, hence the question.
They do ask me in the application process what I got for Maths A-Level, but it could depend on what role you apply for.
Also, I would really appreciate it if you could please share the link to insight programmes, especially the ones for which I can get a certificate.

Oh ok, does EY consider UCAS points or or the A-level grades? Like A*A*A* has the same Total of UCAS points as AABB
I don't think EY looks at UCAS points, that's mainly just universities. They mainly look at A-Levels or equivalent and the results of the exams you take during the application process.
Ok, thank you so much, may i ask which A-levels and work experience did you do?
For me, I remember I had to upload my gcse and alevel certificates
A-Levels: Maths, Economics and Philosophy (AS Chemistry and an EPQ)
Work experience - did a 2 week placement in the finance division of a construction company, worked in school for a few weeks. To be honest the EY internship was the first big work experience I got!
Did you do any work experience during your time at A-levels or volinteering ?
Yes, I volunteered during my A-Levels at a British Heart Foundation charity shop
I also tried to do extra curricular activities in school
I think it's just good to try do extra things other than academics to show your skillset, even if you don't have loads of professional experience
At university I also started and ran a vegetarian and vegan society that I talked about in my EY interview!
Ok,thanks for sharing....did you do any certification courses online or in person?
I think I did a couple of Excel courses
Also, I have A-level Economics. Did you do anything related to it.
I also did Econ at A-Levels, then did Philosophy and Economics at LSE.
Would you recommend any platforma for online courses please. I am aware of future learn but any other would be really appreciated.
Udemy is great
Also MOOCs
How did you join EY after completing your graduation from LSE?
Coursera is a good one as well!
I did the Summer Internship in my second year of university summer
Then I got offered the graduate role afterwards!
