I am holding a graduate visa，can EY sponsor my skilled worker visa application?

I accepted an offer for the graduate role in September. My current visa can't cover the three-year graduate scheme. Can EY help me to transfer my graduate visa to a skilled worker visa？Thanks！

    Hi Peter，thank you for your reply. I accepted the offer in early May and provided in-country visa application documents as instructed by the EY emails before the deadline for the sponsorship.
