I am looking to apply for the Youth Mobility Scheme visa (tier 5) but I can't apply for it until 6 months before I leave for the UK. I am currently in my third year of University in the US as a student-athlete and won't be leaving the US until May next year. As the EY internship would be starting in June (I'm guessing?), I wouldn't be able to apply for the visa - and therefore complete the internship application until January. Is there any way I can get clearance through the application so I can apply and go through the process on- time? Any advice ASAP would be much appreciated. Thank you very much.
