Hi Himanshu, as with all applications make sure you tailor your CV to each job. This means you explain on your CV that you meet the job criteria. If they ask for stakeholder management make sure you explain what your experience of this is on your CV. If they ask for Employee Relations experience make sure you highlight your ER experience on your CV.
How long the CV should be ??
It depends how much experience you have. I'd say ideally 2-3 pages.
I would only write about the jobs that are relevant. For instance I worked for a coffee shop when I was younger so I only mention the dates and the role title for that job but the jobs that are relevant to the role I apply for, I write more about.
