Our dress code is "dress for your day"
What this means is if you are going to a client site, you dress in accordance to their dress code (or smart if you want to be safe), however normal days in the office, people usually wear casual clothes that are comfy. But as long as it is appropriate (i.e. swimsuits in the office!), it doesn't matter.
