Assurance is a varied role, with many different aspects and no day being the same! You work with many different clients and are able to build relationships with them through being on site. You also learn about many different businesses and how they operate.

Hi Emma - I'd say Assurance is about analysing a company's processes to understand it and Audit is the particular branch of monitoring a company's financial statements to make sure they're true and fair (which we do by a series of audit tests, requesting client documents, asking the client questions)
