Hi Sua, it will likely be hybrid working. This will be discussed more specifically with you once you have spoken with your buddy closer to your start date but it tends to be a few days in the office and some days at home. EY is working on a hybrid basis and they are relatively flexible :)

Thank you for your answer! I live 1.5 hour away from my office - in this case, would it be worth finding an accommodation to stay near the office if I would be staying only a few days in the office?

It's totally up to you! It will depend how happy you will be with doing a commute a few days a week or if you would be more comfortable staying a bit closer. :)
