Hi Jake. Interesting questions - more and more now we have hybrid meetings with clients and teams, where there is a mix of people working remotely, in the office or client sites. This will vary between service lines and offices so it's hard to give a precise answer. My own teams (in Assurance) have two set team days a week where we all come into the office when the project is active, although some of us come in more (I struggle to work from home due to having two cats who are very distracting!)
Pre-COVID we were on-site 5 days a week in Audit. During COVID it was obviously all remote.
