Hi Reece! I'd say the biggest change has been in the past couple of months as we've transitioned to working from home! This was a relatively seamless process, everyone had the technology needed to work remotely

Hey Oliver, thanks for the response! Were there any significant changes pre COVID-19 compared to this time last year? It appears that for example, the office dress code is more relaxed?

In the month or so before the lockdown a UK-wide 'dress for your day' policy was introduced. This allows everyone to wear what is appropriate for the day they have planned. Of course there are some limitations (e.g. no tracksuits), though it has made the dress code far more flexible
