That's a really good question! Whilst we do receive a lot of applications for the EY Career Starters programme and apprenticeship, not everyone who applies meets the minimum criteria for the programme, and not everyone who submits their application goes on to complete the EY assessment or is available for the two-day programme in April. In addition, some locations are more popular than others.
I’d advise, if you are interested in apprenticeships, focus less on the number of applications and more on submitting an application before the end of Feb as well as taking some time to complete your EY One online assessment if you are invited to do so. That’s the best way to improve your chances of success!
