Hi Ellie. I completed my graduate scheme in Cambridge before transferring - they've recently moved to a new fancy office. There's 11 joining Cambridge across Assurance and Tax. Top tip is ask lots of questions, including why you're doing what you're doing and how it fits into the wider client goal. Take notes whilst coaching and do ask people questions about their own career - this is where you'll have some of the more interesting conversations!
