How long is the onboarding / training ?
Is it a few days / weeks? And is it with all other service lines? How long is the service line specific training as well?

Depends on the service line. I'm in consulting and we had a week of induction, a week of training after a couple months and another week after 6 months

During the induction, we had 3 days just our service line and the other 2 with other joiners

Hey there :) Congrats on your offer! I sit within People Consulting, and our induction was combined with Business and Tech Consulting - Which was a great way to meet new people and make friends cross-service lines. My training was about 2 and half weeks, really interesting and thorough training. And we then have other training days/weeks peppered throughout the graduate scheme. Hope this helps :)

For assurance/audit, onboarding was around 3 days. We then had a week of training the end of the month.
