There is no obligation to remain at EY after completing your apprenticeship and you are of course able to move as you please. What role would we be looking at if i continued at EY after completing the 4 year degree apprenticeship - would it be a job or more of a graduate role

It would be a full time role and the same level as when a graduate would completed their 2/3 year training programme.

Yes but you'll also be higher than any any incoming grads too!
