Hi Rasai,
Apologies for the very delayed response. I would say the only way EY has differed from my expectations is that it is a lot more people orientated than I expected. I have genuinely enjoyed the company of the people I have worked with and have found it is very easy to come across individuals who are inspiring and amazing at what they do. It is a great place to work should you want to progress, and constantly be motivated/inspired to achieve as you are surrounded by likeminded and hard working colleagues who also want to excel.
