Hi Kiru
Thank you very much for your question.
EY and all of the other professional services firms are unique in their own way - it is about finding which firm is most suited to you.
For me, what stood out the most about EY were the people - there is a true sense of belonging within the firm and it is evident how much EY cares about everyone who works there.
Through working at EY I have gained incredible experience - from a client perspective, I have been able to work with clients all over the world and I have travelled across the country to work on a variety of different engagements.
We are also encouraged to take part in non-client related opportunities, such as running Diversity and Inclusion Networks and taking part in Student Recruitment Outreach events - things I really enjoy doing in addition to my technical work.
Every day I am being supported to reach my goals and I am constantly being challenged.
I hope this helps, but please do let me know if you have any other queries!
