Hi Zuhaib, work-life balance really depends on how you structure your day. We do have a busy season from Jan-Apr where we do work more than 35 hours in the week. However when you have commitments elsewhere or exams the teams are very welcoming and take this into consideration, so you can make sure you log off at an appropriate time!

For the rest of the year, your work-life balance is great. We also have flexible working, so you can adjust your working hours to suit you and your lifestyle.
