How is the interview structured for the Graduate programmes?

For the 2022 summer internship program, the last round was a partner interview. This interview was 1 hour long with 1 partner and 1 assistant director. I had to prepare a short presentation - took about 2-3 hours to prepare beforehand (had a week in advance to prepare) and took about 10 minutes of the interview (5 mins of me presenting, 5 mins of them asking me questions on the presentation). The remaining portion was being asked motivational and strength questions. I had asked them questions too throughout the interview, but majority near the end when they finished their questions.
