Hey Sunny! I joined this year and so I did my experience day virtually. The way it worked for me is that everyone joined a Teams call together at the start of the day for an introduction session, before being given a time for a one-to-one session. In the one-to-one you'll complete the same activities as what would normally happen in-person, but over Teams with someone from EY. This will include some direct questions, and a case study. You'll get the chance to discuss your answers further and explore the case study you've been given as part of a conversation.

Thank you Lucas! How would the interviewer ensure that everyone gets a chance to speak on a virtual platform?

The group task is structured so that everyone should have the chance to speak and take part. There's plenty of time for everyone to speak and share their own ideas, and to discuss those ideas as part of a group. The task is also trying to look at how people interact within the group, and so the facilitator will be watching the discussion and how people engage in the task
