Hi. I can answer from an Assurance perspective - you'll be expected to get feedback on each client engagement you work on for a week. The feedback is provided by the engagement teams, and will be reviewed by your counsellor. Your counsellor is an AM or higher who will regularly check in with you throughout your internship and can help with questions you may have. Everyone at EY has a counsellor - as most of our work is project based you generally don't have a "line manager" as you'll work with multiple different managers.
Ideally feedback is provided quickly after each engagement - you need to take ownership of this and drive this. I suggest having a meeting with the appropriate person at the end of each week or engagement you work on to understand what you did well on and how you can improve. Every piece of feedback should have development points, so don't be put off if you get these.
