Hi Aditi, during my internship my colleagues completed feedback forms based on client work I had completed. There wasn't a final interview/assessment per say but there will be a conversation with your counsellor and I had to prepare a case study and present back to a panel (I'm in Tax if that helps)

Hi Aditi, in terms of how to maximise what you get from the internship, I would echo some of the great responses that have already been said on some other questions. Make sure that you go into the role with an open mind, ready to absorb as much information as possible! Ask questions where you feel uncertain, and make sure that you are clear with your team about what the expectations are for each task as you get them, taking pride & ownership in your work as you go.I think one of the keys to success is being yourself - don't try and mold yourself into what you think a 'perfect' candidate is as there isn't one. (I'm work in the Assurance FYI)
