Hi Rory - thank you for your question. For our Industrial placements all candidates experience client work from the first day. You''ll experience an induction with the rest of your cohort to get to know more about EY and meet more of our people, and then you'll be able to begin working with your clients and team. Our recruitment team are currently working on the format of our industrial placement inductions depending on the climate. We'll keep you informed of what this will look like closer to the time. You'll be working towards your qualification throughout the placement so you'll be able to join the graduate scheme partly qualified.
