As a graduate, we're fortunate to have abundant opportunities for career growth and skill development. Firstly, we receive regular learning and development sessions covering a diverse range of skills, from software proficiency to the fundamentals of our service line. We also have access to various training options that can be completed on our own time, including earning EY badges, engaging in Data Analytics trainings, and accessing a wide range of resources such as Udemy, Coursera, and Microsoft courses!
Moreover, for certain service lines, there's the chance to work towards a professional qualification. For instance, in the SaT - Transaction Diligence practice, you can pursue the Chartered Accountancy qualification.
