Hey Gareth - I joined three months ago and when I joined I was doing 2 days a week in the office but it was flexible and optional. I got to know most people remote and in person (there was a team away day just after I joined), but there was a real effort for me to get to know the team - they arranged calls with me on Teams.

Hi Gareth - I started with EY in September 2020 entirely from home due to the pandemic. I found the teams I have worked with since starting really great to communicate with as everyone is in the same boat! Within my office and service line we have had many online events which were great to meet people through and also within my year group we organized online coffee chats a couple of times a week! There is a great people culture within EY and I find that people are really keen to get to know you :) I live in NI and our advice has stayed 'work from home if possible' so personally I have stayed remote however plenty of the team has been going into the office (2/3 days a week) and really enjoy it!!
