Hi Caroline - I personally find the workload manageable however I do have a few ways I keep track of things. I use a lot of post it notes and keep many lists on my computer!! Being open with your team for when you don't have capacity to take on more work is also key to not overloading yourself, everyone is really understanding :)
The workload hasn't been too bad. I find it easy to balance everything if I plan my day out at the beginning and end of each day. Utilize your calendar, because it helps you to meet your deadlines and ensures you aren't over-promising and underdelivering. Other than that, just find a tool that works for you. Once you get into the hang of things it's all manageable. Just make sure you always communicate with your team and your Counsellor and you'll be grand.
