Hi Alen
Thank you very much for your question.
I sit within the International Tax Team and in my opinion, the work can be challenging, as you are constantly having to think of innovative solutions to client challenges. However, for me, this is what makes it worthwhile as I am constantly learning news things!
Every day you will be able to work with some of the largest companies in the world. You may be providing tax advice to global corporations, on million pound transactions and deals, or helping other clients understand how new, international tax rules affect their company.
The team will also always support you when you need it - they are there to help you to learn and achieve your goals, so you will always have someone there to guide/support you when you need it.
As a junior, you are able to produce first drafts of several deliverables, which can be a tricky at the start, but once you have been guided and learned how to do it well, it is a real accomplishment!
