Opportunities to work abroad on a secondment basis (i.e. live abroad for a longer period) will typically not occur during your training contract. 2 people from my team have gone on secondment over the last few years and they sought out the opportunities themselves by messaging partners abroad asking if there was availability in their team. Roles might be advertised internally on EY's portal but this may be less common
