How does the "Sustainable Finance" branch of consulting differ from traditional consulting. It seems very rewarding.

Additionally, having not studied a Master's, how disadvantaged will I be when applying? I did study environmental modules during my undergraduate degree.

    Hi Oliver!

Sustainable Finance branch differs from traditional consulting as we only focus on financial services and helping them solve their ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) problems. It definitely is very rewarding to help companies achieve their sustainability goals as it has such a big impact on the world and contributes to EY's purpose of building a better working world.

To your second question, having a studied a masters is not mandatory, rather it is seen as an added bonus so you should not be disadvantaged when applying. I have just joined in September straight from having done my BA(Hons) and also studied environmental modules throughout my degree.
