Hi I was wondering what the structure of the grad scheme is? I imagine it is a mix of formal training and project work? I will also study for the Chartered Management Consultant Award, is this completed in work time or our time?
Hi Guy, I'm on the technology risk graduate scheme and my first year has been a mixture of client work, training and college/exams! For the first couple of months there was quite a lot of study leave, training and onboarding but since then the role has been almost 100% client work for me!
Ok great thanks! Also assuming all exams are passed first time will the Management Consultant award be completed in the two years?
In terms of qualifications, I completed the CFAB qualification. For each exam (we did 6) we got 3-5 days study leave where we were off work and learning the content for our exams either in a virtual classroom or as self study. We then had 1-2 weeks before our exam where we would work 9-5 but revise in the evenings and weekends.
Hi Guy, I'm currently studying the CIMA Certificate! I've completed 3 exams so far and have just started the second year of my grad scheme, and will be expecting to complete Certificate level by the end of May :)
Cool, thank you both!
