Depending on your service line you may have the option later into your ACA qualification to move to the joint qualification and add the CTA.

Hello, I will be part of the Tax service line, is the option based on myself if I want to do the CTA also or will more senior people decide whether I should do the CTA and ACA together?

The professional qualification you will be sitting will be stated on your offer letter. If you wanted to do an additional qualification later (such as the CTA if that wasn't in your initial pathway), that is something you could request with the business later in your career however this could not be guaranteed from the outset.
