How does EY use their Summer Interns while they are back at University before they potentially become graduates?

Hi there, thanks for your question. Once the summer interns have finished their internships and go back to university, we have regular contact throughout the year with those who will be returning to EY for a graduate programme. These individuals will also have the opportunity to become EY ambassadors on campus.
