Hi, there is a lot of support for development and career progression with a plethora of opportunities available if you are willing to seek them out. Each person at EY has a counsellor allocated to them who is responsible to look out for them, their career developments and their aspirations. Most people meet with their counsellor bi weekly who is then available to offer advice on next steps for career progression. EY also often has secondment opportunities which allows you to explore different service lines outside of your own or potentially working on client site.
