    Hi Eleanor, EY is great at supporting women in the business. There is a large EY Womens Network which focuses on supporting Women and advertises lots of opportunities such as workshops etc. There is also a large drive to get women involved in technology and there are so many opportunities in EY that you can take any technology opportunities that you would like to. If you are really interested in Technology I'd recommend applying to one of the tech jobs but you can get involved with Technology in any of the service lines as it is obviously so prevalent in society at the moment.
