How does EY help graduates progress in their careers? Are there opportunities for graduates to move across different teams or regions within EY if they want to explore different areas of the business?

Hi Malavikha, thanks for your message. Yes there are lots of opportunities within EY. Usually these opportunities will become available after your 2-3 year Graduate programme. We have opportunities for secondments to other teams / other countries. A few of my colleagues have also moved from EY UK to EY in other countries too.
It's a similar approach to those wanting to experience work in other teams / Service Lines
