There's a plethora of ways that help me to stay motivated, for example - receiving feedback at the end of the cycle and hearing others' thoughts about my progress is a key motivation to do well. Secondly, helping my colleagues to achieve project success - working as a team is crucial. Finally, I am motivated to progress as far as possible at EY, which pushes me every day to learn more.

I find there is a high level of inherent motivation when coming to work for a company like EY. The type of work we do for the clients that we have, can be very rewarding indeed. This is a cyclical process. It can lead to other spin off projects. Clients are happy with our work and provide us the opportunity of working on other projects that may involve different sub service lines, leading to collaborative working across various teams and sectors.
