How do you go about tailoring your cv? Do you simply put up the key words mentioned in the JD ?

To tailor your CV, I would include key skills and experience you have, and yes mirror some of the words if they apply to you in your CV. I would also make really clear in your intro/summary to CV what you are looking for and why EY. I often get CVs coming through that aren't bespoke and make clear in their summary that they've either made an error applying to this role, or too vague which can come across like they are unsure on what they want

That's really helpful! What should the summary focus on?

    - The amount of experience you have in what area- What kind of key behavior qualities you have- A line on your transferrable skills and experience to the role you are looking for/making clear what you want!
