Hi. I would say this is probing your reasons for wanting to join EY over lets say one of our competitors, for joining the service line you chose and also the location
Thank you
The interviewer wants to to know what has influenced your decision to apply, what you understand about us as a firm and also where you fit into that
How do I research it in the most effective way?
So research is very important as you almost be expected to sell your motivations back to us
Anything in particular I should look out for?
So you can look at our website its great lots of info. So info about who we are, our values and our vision for success. Also the importance of diversity
I have been told to look at the stratergy, values, CEO, history, vision, culture and company reports
Yes exactly - We also have lots of great videos on YouTube which give lost of insight on things like company culture for example
However, I feel anxious, because it is often hard to draw a link with everything
You can also stay up to date by following us o Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
So, I was wondering if there are specific techniques, to help me logically process everything better? Yes, I have done that already. I love EY!
Lol great I am pleased to hear that. I would just say be confident take your time when answering questions
Great advice! Would you highlight anything in particular that is useful to know? i.e. building relationships, diversity and being a peoples person
Hi, I also wanted to ask if 1 or 2-page CV is required?
You do not need a CV. Your application will serve as your CV
Thank you!
