At EY, there are numerous ways for juniors to contribute their ideas.
When I first started, it was quite daunting to talk during a meeting. However, my seniors would always include me in conversations and ask me directly whether I had anything to share.
My department also holds meetings for juniors to voice their thoughts/ideas on any aspect of work. This feedback is then anonymised to allow for more open responses and is then reported to the leadership team.
Despite being a junior, I feel that my opinion is just as valued as anyone else’s and there are numerous opportunities for me to help improve the EY experience.
