Hi Graeme, Please can you advise on how to apply for the Spring 2 day insight programme? It's not appearing on the link that you provided. And what is the social mobility program?
If you click on "Discover EY"
Then "Search and apply"
In the top corner
Are you eligible to apply?

Supplying this information is optional, will be treated with confidentiality and will not negatively impact your application.
Is the programme unavailable for international student?
The programme is for Year 13/S6 (in Scotland) and all students in all years of their undergraduate degree.
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honour’s degree in any subject (if at University), have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and obtained/working towards three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
You must be currently studying at a UK College/University and in the UK at the time of the event.
We welcome applications from all academic backgrounds and are looking for individuals who will succeed at EY in the desired role and future qualifications, therefore throughout our recruitment process your academic performance will be considered against your online assessment scores to determine your suitability for an EY role.
We're also proud to partner with RARE recruitment, so that your application can be processed in the context of your socio-economic background.
Hi Graeme, It's just the 2 day at EY work experience that I asking about. Is it possible to apply for that somehow?
Hi Jenny, you can apply to our Discover EY programmes using this link: https://ukstudents.ey.com/?jobs=%26program%5B%5D%3D73&paged=1. Let us know if it doesn't work for you
Hi Jen, Thank you, but... When I click on that, there is no option that shows 2 day experience, and when I click on Discover EY, the only options that show are Black Heritage., Social mobility and Women in leadership. I can send you a screen shot if it is possible through this portal.
Those are the two day work experience insight programmes we currently have.
So all of those programmes are 2 day insight programmes Jenny.
Ok, thank you. I thought there was an opportunity to do 2 days general work experience. Thanks anyway.
If you do the 2 day insight programme you have the option to fast track to a summer internship or industrial placement Jenny, it is really valuable experience!
Hi Graeme, I am sure it is, and really am interested, but you said we have to be eligible to apply with the social economic rulings you mentioned above. My dad went to uni, does that exclude me? And my parents are not doing the jobs that you mention above.
The only 2 day event is in Belfast as you can see here, but I live in England...
Discover EY – Technology – Northern Ireland
About the programme
Over two days, you will learn about our business areas, our clients and the work we do. We’ll also help you to understand how you can use your individual strengths and apply these to your ideal career.
Just to confirm Jenny, all Discover EY programmes are 2 days in length, if you select the Women In leadership drop down, this will provide further options.
Does that help?
Hi Graeme, Thank you. It's not for me I am asking, it's for our son, so we can't select the women one.
No problem Jenny, May I ask what year of study your son is in?
He's in Year 12 at the moment, studying A Level Maths & sciences
I know it's a bit early, but though the 2 day experience could be really valuable if at all possible?

We also have our "career starters" programme for year 12's Jenny

Amazing! Thank you.
