How do I work in people advisory using EY’s Consultancy Apprenticeship System considering my current experience?

Jacob F. asked a question to Charlotte D.

Before the end of the year hopefully I will become an Associate of the CIPD and would love to break into consultancy, leveraging my abilities working with stakeholders. Do you have any suggestions or contacts?

Hello! Thank you for your question, you are welcome to consider an Apprenticeship with EY, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements, which are listed under role descriptions. Please review the specific eligibility requirements for your role of interest, and we look forward to receiving your application!

If we do not have an apprenticeship role open in your preferred area of People Advisory Consulting, then you may wish to look into our Graduate opportunities if you have achieved a Degree, or our experienced hire openings if you don't wish to follow an apprenticeship route: Experienced professionals | EY - UK.
