Hi! When I was at the video interview stage last year, I best prepared by considering the common interview questions, noting down my strengths and weaknesses and researching into the company to understand their values. Take your time when answering the questions and be yourself :)

Also, make sure your laptop / desktop is working, you have good wifi connection and that you are in an area where you can speak clearly and loudly without interruption.

I also think it helps to practice questions in front of a mirror or with friends and family - the more you practice the better you get
