Hi Matthew, I would suggest researching interruption pauses or practicing jumping into the conversation e.g. "I have a similar idea..." or "good point, on the other hand.." Try and find a short pause where you can naturally jump in. Or you could change the subject like "I notice we have 10 minutes left..."
