Main thing that makes candidates stand out is their reasoning to why they wish to join us and why they wish to join the Service line and Location also. Its hard to differentiate yourself in the early online application stages but you will have more chance to do so later (Assessment Centre/ Final Interview). This is where the reasoning will make you stand out
Thank you so much for the response and advice. Also how do I apply for the experience days in April this year.
Students | EY - UK Here is the link for application it should lead you there!
Here's a link where I filtered it down to the Discover EY programme for you: EY UK Student Recruitment
I would also to this that my tip is to be genuine: as EY is people-focused and want to have a culture where people can be their best selves, I felt like throughout the application process it was appreciated that I spoke from my heart and things that I was passionate about
Could I also ask how long does it take for you to get an email letting you know you if you have been invited to one of the experience days.
This can vary depending on how many people are ahead in the process and how many roles we have available. Typically you should get an invite within a few weeks of receiving notification that you have been successful at our online app stages. This again can vary depending on where you have applied.
Okay thank you very much for the help is there any other things I can do apart from applying to stand out to help get invited to one of the experience days.
Nothing for now George! Will have to wait and see what your outcome is from your application 😀
Okay thank you so much for your time and answers I really appreciate any help I can get.
