With regards to both the video and in person interviews, our top tips would be to ensure you have fully researched EY and can talk about your motivations for choosing EY, the service line and location. Also ensure you are really answering the interview question provided.

I think doing research on the role itself is extremely important. So researching what an actuary does and understanding it is key. Being authentic is important in answering these questions, specifically the office location.
