    Hi Josh, thanks for your question! We have three cycles a year which are called LEAD cycles, these focus on setting targets for our progression and personal development. You are assigned a counsellor who will talk these processes through with you, you can discuss with them your personal and career goals and they will point you in the right direction. Making sure you're assigned to appropriate engagements, and making sure you're happy with your progress

    Development and progression is really encouraged in EY, each of these cycles is making sure you get the best out of the experience and at the level you deserve. For example, I have just moved into my second year and have progressed to Intermediate Associate. LEAD cycles have been so important for me, these have helped me gain the goals I needed to get a good rating at the end of each cycle
