Hi, the team and environment is very diverse. We have a wide range of networks (which I think are best described as being similar to societies at Uni) which seek to celebrate diversity whether that be a religious society, or the womens network or unity network for LGBTQ+ individuals. The team is also very diverse and brings a lot of different cultures and backgrounds together meaning that in your daily role you will be working with a wide range of people with experiences and backgrounds. EY has a big focus on diversity and inclusivity so there is also a lot of training and webinars around this.

EY truly is global in every sense. Throughout the whole business down to every individual office. There is a very wide range of nationalities and backgrounds in every office. As Ruby mentions, we have multiple EY Networks which celebrates all aspects. EY proudly promotes its Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness campaigns and policies. There is a place here for everyone.
