Hi Sagal! I've continued to work closely with my clients whilst working from home. Although in-person communication is no longer possible, we're able to speak on the phone and make use of video call/screen sharing technologies to facilitate our work.

Quick follow-up question: As you are communicating through calls or online platforms, are communication misunderstandings between yourself and your clients regular, leading to workload being slowed down?

We're utilising a number of channels to commicate with the client. Emails are often the go to, though it's just as easy to pick up the phone and have a conversation! This helps to avoid any miscommunication or unnecessary back and forth. The client always appreciates efficient working and insightful questions.
